These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by iShopify.
Services
Each project is governed by a written scope and quote agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Projects are billed in milestones as set out in the quote. Work on a milestone starts once the previous milestone is approved and paid.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the custom code and designs produced for your project. Third-party themes, apps and libraries remain under their own licences.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, products and legal compliance of your store, and for providing the access and materials needed to complete the work.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for outages or changes on third-party platforms, including Shopify.
