We wrote our first Shopify theme in 2009, when a theme was a handful of Liquid templates and a stylesheet. The platform has changed a great deal since then. The principle has held: a good theme is small, readable and easy for the merchant to change without a developer.

Custom theme or customised theme?
We will tell you honestly which one you need. Many stores are better served by a well-chosen theme with custom sections added. A fully custom theme makes sense when the brand, the product or the buying journey does not fit what existing themes offer.
Upgrades and rescues
We also move older vintage themes to Online Store 2.0, and clean up themes that have collected years of leftover app code. If your store has grown slow and nobody knows why, the theme is usually where the answer is.

Yes. Send the Figma file and we return a working theme that matches it, with every section editable in the theme editor.
Will I be able to edit the theme myself?
