Shopify retires API versions on a schedule, and apps that are not kept current stop working. We build on supported versions, document what we ship, and offer a maintenance plan so an API change never becomes an outage.

Can you integrate Shopify with a local courier or ERP?
Yes, provided the other system has an API or a reliable file export. We scope the integration after reviewing its documentation.
